At Bharg Digital, we specialize in delivering digital products such as downloadable files, software, templates, and online resources. Because these items are not physical goods, our “shipping” process refers to the digital delivery of your purchased products.
2. Delivery Method
- All digital products are delivered electronically via download link, email, or through your user account on our website.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a download/access link within a few minutes.
- If you create an account with us, your purchased items will also be available for download in your “My Account” or “Downloads” section.
3. Delivery Time
- Digital product delivery is instant, usually within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
- In rare cases (such as payment verification delays, server issues, or high traffic), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
- If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact our support team at bhargdigital@gmail.com.
4. No Physical Shipping
Since digital products are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipment, and no shipping charges apply.
Customers will not receive any tangible product (CD, USB, print, etc.) unless specifically stated in the product description.
5. Access & Download Issues
If you experience any technical issues downloading or accessing your product:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email link.
- Ensure you’re logged in with the same email used for purchase.
- Contact our support team for immediate assistance.
We will promptly reissue your access link or resend the product if required.
